Do I need to be a member?
Not at all. We welcome visitors and those who want to use our services on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis.
I have never been to a gym before, can I still join classes.
Absolutely! We offer classes that are tailored for all levels, and we also offer introductory sessions to help you along the way.
Do you offer a trial membership?
We offer trial classes to see what we are about. Our memberships are non-contract, so you are able to cancel at any time.
